The Aqua Gym course is a fitness course in the water that combines the feeling of relaxation from bathing with the benefits of sporting activity. During training, the muscles are heavily stressed by the resistance of the water, but without this additional load being consciously noticeable. However, you not only owe more intensive training to the water pressure, but you also avoid the shock of impact and thus protect your tendons, muscles and joints.

The traditional Hatha Yoga class combines physical postures (asanas) with conscious breathing (pranayama) to create a practice that is both dynamic and mindful. The rhythm of the breath guides the movements, bringing inner calm, strength, and clarity.
Each session ends with deep relaxation (yoga nidra), a moment of total soothing for the body and mind — a true letting go and a source of renewal.
The class is open to adults of all levels — beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Everyone progresses at their own pace and can explore the richness and depth of this practice.
