The Cross Training 55+ class is the most intensive option in our Best Ager program. It is designed for active individuals aged 55 and over who want to improve their physical performance in a targeted way.

This class is an excellent complement to Fitness & Gym 55+, helping to take your fitness to the next level.

Program Highlights:
  • Full-body functional training aimed at strengthening strength, endurance, and flexibility
  • Varied exercises inspired by everyday movements, with adjustable intensity based on each person’s level
  • Development of coordination, balance, and responsiveness
  • Personalized guidance to avoid overexertion and ensure safe progress

Targeted physical strengthening tailored to the demands of daily life and your personal fitness goals, for greater independence, well-being, and quality of life.
