Cross Training Strength is the cornerstone of our most intensive functional training program, entirely focused on building strength. The emphasis is on targeted muscle strengthening, because strong muscles are much more than just raw power: they support healthy posture, protect the joints, and improve overall well-being.

Numerous scientific studies demonstrate the positive impact of strength training on general health – and that’s exactly where this class comes in.

Guided by experienced professionals, you’ll learn how to perform functional movements with precision and safety. You’ll make effective progress without the risk of injury, no matter your fitness level.

We use a wide variety of equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps, or simply your own body weight. This diversity allows for personalized training, tailored to each individual, to develop your strength resources in a targeted way.
