The Aqua Gym course is a fitness course in the water that combines the feeling of relaxation from bathing with the benefits of sporting activity. During training, the muscles are heavily stressed by the resistance of the water, but without this additional load being consciously noticeable. However, you not only owe more intensive training to the water pressure, but you also avoid the shock of impact and thus protect your tendons, muscles and joints.
The course is accompanied by music that sets the beat of the exercises. Due to the increasing intensity of the exercises, the blood flow and thus your cardiovascular system strengthened. Through specific material and weights, the training is varied and every single muscle of the body is claimed.
