In the Body and Mind courses, the focus is on slowing down everyday life. Stress is reduced through movement, breathing and relaxation. Posture is also strengthened through specific exercises. Likewise, tensions in the muscle tissue are released through stretching techniques. The goal of these classes is to relieve mental and physical discomfort through regular participation.
The Pilates Stretch class is gentler than the traditional Pilates class consisting of Pilates exercises coupled with stretching exercises.
