Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a modified form of cross-country skiing.
This recreational sport activity can be practiced by anyone who likes to move in nature, without age limit and without sporting prerequisites.
Nordic walking exercises 85% of the muscles, protects the joints and thus has a preventive effect against injuries. The lungs enjoy fresh air, endurance is improved and the immune system is strengthened.
If you want to get your health going and motivate each other in a group, then Nordic Walking is the right recreational sport for you.
In order for Nordic walkers to use our numerous field and forest paths, you will be assigned a program with different starting points after your enrollment.
