Kids - Level 1

Course goal: Getting used to the water

Minimum age: 4 years

This course is aimed at beginners who will get used to the water. This allows the children to feel comfortable in the water in every situation. The goal is to give all the kids the ideal basics to learn the swim technique quicker in Level 2. 

The following 10 points are covered in this course:
  1. Going into water without fear
  2. Putting your face in the water
  3. Bubble with your mouth underwater
  4. Putting your head underwater
  5. Opening your eyes underwater
  6. Jump into the water
  7. Pick up an object from the bottom of the non-swimmers' pool
  8. Floating on your belly and on your back (with and without aids)
  9. Gliding on your belly and on your back
  10. Gliding and exhaling underwater
As soon as the children have achieved the 10 points correctly, they will automatically (during the trimester) integrate into Level 2 group to continue the learning process.
