The goal of this course is to get kids excited about sports and fitness and passionate about improving the quality of life for the next generation.
Training in a group gives the children strength and self-confidence and makes them get a bit more out of themselves.
Anyone can learn the movements and quickly replicate them. The children develop important motor skills and finish the class with a sense of accomplishment.
This class features cool music, basic fitness exercises and fun games.
This is a follow-on course to the “Sport for Kids – Level 3” course.
