This class is for all seniors who enjoy moving to music, staying fit, and sharing joyful moments in a group.

Dance is much more than simple movement: it keeps the body active, stimulates the mind, and creates a joyful atmosphere.

In a friendly and relaxed setting, you will learn a variety of choreographies that enhance concentration and coordination – with no pressure to perform.
