Our Fitness & Gym 55+ class is designed for anyone looking to maintain their fitness and mobility after the age of 55.

The goal: to preserve and improve mobility, flexibility, and physical strength. A variety of exercises also encourage light muscle development.

What does the class offer?

Note:

The Fitness & Gym 55+ class is more demanding than our Soft Gym 55+ class, both in terms of intensity and complexity of the exercises. It is suitable for individuals who already have a good base level of mobility and wish to specifically improve their physical condition.
