This course supports you physically and emotionally through yoga and stretching movements specially designed for women’s body during postpartum.
The coach offers you exercises which respect the body transformations and which aim to support and strengthen your body.
Newborn are welcome to support their mothers during the session.
This course does not only promote bodily well-being, another goal is to take advantage of these group lessons to exchange in order to share your thoughts and experiences.
The course will be in French.
