This gentle training class combines light strengthening, mobility, and stretching exercises with moments of relaxation. You'll strengthen your muscles, improve your mobility, and develop body awareness – without overexerting yourself, at your own pace.
It's ideal if:

- you want to ease back into physical activity,
- you want to improve your fitness – without pressure, but with pleasure,
