Cross Training 55+ is our most intensive course program in the area of Best Agers 55+.
This course can be used as an addition to the Fitness & Gym 55+ to improve one's physical fitness.
In this course, functional training exercices are performed. Intensities will be individualized to avoid over-exertion.
The goal of this course is to improve daily and athletic activities, thus improving or maintaining the quality of life.
A previous athletic experience is needed.
