Training sessions include gentle strengthening exercises to support muscle development, as well as a variety of movement activities such as sports games, coordination exercises, and other physical activities. The joy of movement is always at the heart of these sessions.
We place special emphasis on individual support: each exercise is adapted to suit the physical condition and abilities of all participants. This results in a safe, motivating, and group-oriented training experience – for an active and independent life at any age.
