You don't have much time but still want to train effectively? Then Mëttesstonn is made for you! This functional training circuit offers a different goal each day of the week: strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, or explosive power – the five pillars of fitness spread across five days.
Thanks to a flexible concept, you can start at any time between 11:45 AM and 1:30 PM, with no fixed schedule. You choose the duration and intensity of your session yourself. Perfect for an active lunch break!
An experienced coach supports you throughout the training: they guide you, correct your movements, and adapt the exercises to your level. Whether you train for 30 minutes or a full hour, you’ll benefit from an effective and health-promoting program either way.
