The Full Body Workout is a high intensity functional training based on the concept of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training). The course belongs to our "Functional Training" category, as it is a full body workout. Body toning and muscle building are the primary goals of this class, however, the high intensity and quick succession of exercises stimulates and strengthens the cardiovascular system throughout the hour.
Our loyal Cross Training members will be thrilled because they will find a lot of the already familiar exercises (jumping jacks, push-ups, burpees, lunges, squats, and more) in this class. Beginners will not miss out either because thanks to exercises that are divided into 3 difficulty levels (low, base, high), everyone can have an adapted workout.
