Core Work – A Strong Core, A Strong Body

A stable core is essential for overall body health, whether in everyday life or during sports activities. When the core muscles are weak or imbalanced, it can quickly lead to pain and injuries.

Our Core Work class is specifically designed to strengthen these essential muscles. Through a variety of exercises, we effectively target the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles – in a way that’s both effective and fun.

We also use small equipment such as balance boards, BOSU balls, and medicine balls. These tools stimulate balance and increase the intensity of the exercises, thereby strengthening the muscles while improving body control and coordination.

This class is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Because a strong core is vital for everyone: it provides greater stability, better posture, and improved body awareness in daily life.
