Yoga for Pregnancy and the Postnatal Period – Gentle Support Through a Special Time

This class supports women through two particularly sensitive and powerful life phases: pregnancy and the postpartum period. The focus is on gentle yoga and stretching exercises, adapted to the physical and emotional changes – whether with a growing belly or after giving birth.

During pregnancy, yoga helps to strengthen the body, relieve tension, and develop awareness of the breath and the connection with the unborn baby.
After childbirth, targeted recovery exercises help regain stability, strengthen body awareness, restore energy, and create space for oneself in the new daily life with a baby.

Newborns are welcome – they can simply be present, observe, sleep, or snuggle close to their mother.

In addition to physical practice, the class offers a space for sharing and connection. Participants find support, understanding, and new bonds – in a caring and open atmosphere.

This class is taught in French and English. The teacher also speaks Spanish, and can adapt the instructions to individual language needs.

Take time for yourself and your baby – through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and a space to reconnect with yourself.
