The main part of the Pilates Concept course consists in traditional Pilates exercises to strengthen the joint-stabilizing muscles and posture. However, this Pilates class differs with additional Latina dance and yoga exercises.

The Latina Dance choreographies bring a breath of fresh air to the course and convey energy and joy of living. At the end of each session, yoga and breathing exercises are performed to restore inner balance.
