Cross Training Endurance is the most intense program in our functional training lineup. This class combines muscle-strengthening exercises with intensive work on overall endurance.
You’ll find bodyweight exercises as well as a wide range of training stations using small equipment: kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, rowing machines, and much more.
The workout is structured so that everyone can progress at their own pace and according to their level – in an effective, safe, and motivating way.
The goal of this class: to sustainably improve your endurance, strengthen your muscles, and take your physical fitness to the next level.
Beginner or advanced, everyone sweats… but leaves with a smile.
